MONABUILD

FROM FIRST IDEA TO FABRICATION

A clear process.
A considered result.

We bring the right conversations forward: what the structure needs to do, where it will go and how its quality will be checked.

Modular steel structure being assembled at a partner factory

Inside our manufacturing partners’ facilities.

01

Tell us what you need

Share the intended use, location, dimensions, quantity and timing. A sketch or an early idea is enough to begin.

02

Shape the specification

We coordinate layout, materials, insulation, access and service requirements with you and our manufacturing partners. Required engineering and local approvals are identified early.

03

Agree the scope

Review the proposed specification, pricing, responsibilities, inspection plan and delivery arrangements before production is authorized.

04

Fabricate & verify

Manufacturing follows the agreed drawings and scope. We coordinate progress updates and quality checks, including individual water-leak testing when specified.

05

Prepare for delivery

We coordinate the agreed shipping and handover documentation. Site preparation, unloading, installation and permits are confirmed as part of your project scope.

VERIFICATION

Quality checks with a purpose.

We work with manufacturing partners to establish a documented inspection plan around your project. Depending on the scope, this may cover dimensions, fabrication details, coatings, openings, weather tightness and service interfaces. Additional inspection requirements can be agreed before production.

CLIMATE CONSIDERED

Cold climate. Clear requirements.

Our manufacturing partners bring more than 30 years of modular-building experience, including work for Alaska’s cold climate. We draw on that experience when coordinating insulation, air sealing, moisture control and envelope details. Final performance targets and Canadian site requirements are established for each project.
